He has almost 19 years of experience in dealing with the matters pertaining to Corporate Laws, Financial Services, Due Diligence, Merger/Amalgamation/Take-over, Initial Public Offer, Legal Restructuring, Debt /Loan Syndication etc.He has hand on experience in general accounting principles and practices. He also has experience of handling accounting review, internal audit, statutory audit etc. He is bearing the responsibilities of undertaking all the regulatory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA, 1999 for various Multi National Corporate Clients. He has in-depth understanding and experience of handling various civil and criminal litigations in various courts and forums in India.
